The Lewisville Huskeis captured the Bantam banner in Sussex - The Lewisville Huskies captured the banner in the Bantam C division by defeating the host Sussex Rangers 5-4 in a shootout in the championship final. It was the first loss this year for a strong Ranger team that was 18-0 before this game. The Huskies win was sweet as they overcame a 4-2 deficit with 2 goals in the last 3 minutes. Weston Meridith scored the only shootout goal while TJ St-Onge stopped all 4 shootouts breakaways securing the big win. Way to go team Huskies !
