Onyx Win Lewisville tournament

On Sunday, November 29th the Lewisville Peewee Onyx won their own tournament in front of their home crowd, edging out the Sussex Rangers 4-3 in the finals.

They started the tournament with a close 2-1 win over the Dieppe Aigles4.  Their second game of the tournament was a close 3-2 loss to the Fredericton Rangers, but were able to clinch their division with a 3-1 victory over Kennebecasis Valley Canadians. 

In the semi-finals, the Onyx met the powerful Summerside Capitals, and in arguable their best game of the season, won convincingly 6-1.

In the finals, they met a game Sussex Rangers team who battled valiantly until the end, however the Onyx were able to hold on 4-3 for their 1^st tournament victory of the year .
