The position of Auditor will include but not be limited to the following duties:
- Review team budgets and ensure funds are used appropriately
- At the beginning of each season assist all team managers to ensure they fully understand LMHA team budgets policies.
- Ensure each teams provide a budget 2 times per season as per LMHA Policy / Operations Manual. One at the end of each year (Dec 31st) and one at the end of each season (Mid April).
- Perform a detailed analysis of each team budget twice a season and provide findings & recommendations to the executive board by mid January and at the end of April of each year.
- Provide recommendations / guidance to each team as necessary throughout the season.
- Perform an official transfer of duties to the new assigned coordinator at the end of the term. Documentation, processes and different tasks should be carefully reviewed and transferred to ensure a smooth transition.
